Smith & Wesson 29-2 Texas Ranger Owned .44 Magnum caliber revolver. Texas Ranger owned .44 Magnum belonging to John M. Wood. Wood’s most prominent case was taking down the “Duke of Duval” during the 1970s. Comes with letter signed by Wood dated 1975. Revolver was made in ’65 and has a 4” pinned barrel and recessed cylinder. Side plate is engraved with Wood’s name and Texas Ranger. Excellent condition with presentation case. A great Texas Ranger piece of history!
