Description:
This double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson 29-2 chambered in .44 Magnum. It has a 1.74" fluted, counterbored cylinder, special oversize target type stocks of checked Goncalo Alves wood with S&W monograms, S&W Bright Blue with sandblasting and serrations on top of sighting area to break up light reflection, ½" wide target type trigger with S&W grooving and with internal trigger stop, a pinned and ribbed barrel, and a square butt with 10 groove tangs. This revolver has an "N" prefix serial number which makes it a post-1969 model. The bluing on this specimen is immaculate showing no discernable wear or loss. The wood stocks are in pristine condition with no discernable wear or marks. The bore is mirror shiny clean with factory condition rifling. This revolver comes with velvet lined wood presentation case, all tools, owner's instructions for use paperwork, wax paper, and additional paperwork as pictured. .44 Magnum
