Serial No. 19778, circa 1871-1874, .44S&W, 5.5"" round barrel. Metal is a grey/brown patina with light surface oxidation visible. Barrel is marked ""U.S.A. PATENT JULY 10.60 JAN 17 JULY 11.65 & AUG 24.69 RUSSIAN MODEL"". Bore is good with frosting and light surface pitting noted in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Squared Butt Walnut grips exhibit nicks, ding, and minor scratches. Action indexes but does not functions correctly. CONSIGNMENT
