Description:
The massive X-frame and a removable high-efficiency muzzle compensator work together to manage the intense recoil produced by the .460 Magnum round. It can launch a 200-grain bullet at muzzle velocities of 2,100 feet per second or more, providing a flatter trajectory for long-range accuracy.Rugged Design features a solid, non-fluted stainless steel cylinder that provides the extra mass and structural strength required to handle high-pressure magnum loads. Uses gain-twist rifling, which increases the twist rate as the bullet travels down the bore to improve stability and accuracy for high-velocity projectiles. Equipped with a large synthetic rubber grip that cushions the backstrap to protect the shooter's hand during heavy recoil. Capable of ethically harvesting large game such as elk, moose, or bear. Ideal as a sidearm in grizzly country due to its significant stopping power. .460 S&W Magnum
