Description: This is a beautiful 1976 S&W no dash model 57 chambered in .41 mag and it sports the highly desired 4" barrel. The gun is in wonderful condition with just a few light signs of use. You have to hunt to find any imperfections. There is a few light marks on the very bottom edge of the sideplate above the trigger and a few on the cylinder but you have to be looking to see them. Mechanics are spot on with perfect timing and lockup on each hole with NO cylinder end shake. Strong bore. Killer case colored factory 500 wide target trigger and hammer. Gorgeous factory target grips with tons of grain. It comes in a factory presentation case with all the paperwork and tools. There was a repair done to the bottom liner from the backside and it is now way stronger than when new. The gun will be shipped outside the case. These were never designed to be shipping containers.
