1956 Smith & Wesson K38 Heavy K 38 Masterpiece

Description:
S&W model K38 Heavy, serial number K 279xxx puts it about 1956. 4" Heavy Barrel, most heavy bbl pre-14 releases were 6", as far as my research goes. Bluing is about 96%, Fine to Excellent Condition. Grips numbered to gun. Shame that I don't have the original box or papers. Will be well packed. This is an excellent older Smith and maybe a collector piece but not too nice to shoot. Professional pictures and they are very representative of the condition.
