The Smith & Wesson Model 34-1, better known as the "1953 Kit Gun," is one of the finest compact rimfire revolvers ever produced. This 1982 example features the desirable factory bright nickel finish paired with original walnut Magna stocks, giving it the classic appearance collectors appreciate.

Although it wears a compact 2-inch barrel, the Model 34-1 delivers impressive accuracy thanks to its excellent barrel quality and fully adjustable rear sight. The smooth double-action pull is characteristic of Smith & Wesson's hand-fitted revolvers from this era, while the crisp single-action break makes deliberate shooting effortless.
