Description:
Standard configuration S&W Model 43 (.22/32 Kit Gun) AirWeight Revolver, cal. .22LR, with 3.5-inch full rib pinned barrel, with ramp front sight, fully adjustable rear sight, and recessed cylinder. Left side of barrel marked "SMITH & WESSON" along with left side of frame having the usual S&W logo. Right side of the barrel marked ".22 LONG RIFLE CTG." Right side of frame having the usual three line S&W address under "MADE IN USA". Inner frame marked "MOD 43" in crane area with inspection numbers "43289" on crane. Full serial number on butt. Color case hardened trigger and hammer. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with the silver S&W medallions. Complete with original matching blue shipping box whose end label references the Make, Model, Caliber, Finish, barrel length and serial number.
Condition:
Virtually new, the cylinder ring does not even break the blued finish. Grips have no discernible handling marks. VG/EXC box with expected scuffing, tear extending from recess on upper lid. Rarely does one fine one of these aluminum cylinder/frame Kit guns in such an outstanding condition!
