Description:
Fantastic, all original example of a 1931 S&W Third Model .32 Hand Ejector (cal. 32 S&W), made 1931, with a 3 1/4” barrel having half moon front sight and notched rear sight. “SMITH AND WESSEN” marked on left side of barrel. Top of barrel with patent reference. Matching assembly numbers of mating surfaces of frame and crane. Full serial number under barrel, back face of cylinder, and on butt. Fitted with black hard rubber grips with the Smith & Wesson logo and diamond around the screw. Major components blued with color case hardened hammer and trigger. Complete with original shipping box. No serial number visible and no accompanying literature.
Condition:
Outstanding 99%+ condition with negligible muzzle wear and a very faint cylinder ring. No cartridge head imprints on recoil shield suggesting this revolver was shot very little. Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics. Near excellent box with tears on end label as carefully photographed. Comparable condition grips. Perfect manual mechanics. An outstanding S&W Hand Ejector in an original factory box that would be difficult to improve upon!
