Smith & Wesson 36 NO DASH 38 SPL 5 Shot DA/SA 1.75" Barrel Very Good Bore
Description: The Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver is a double- and single-action firearm chambered in .38 Special. It features a five-shot cylinder and a steel frame finished in blued steel. Barrel length measures approximately 2 inches, consistent with the compact configuration of early “no dash” variants. The revolver is equipped with fixed sights and fitted with brown checkered wood grips bearing the Smith & Wesson medallion. This Model 36 is used. The blued finish shows some wear consistent with prior handling, while the bore remains in very good condition with clear rifling. Mechanical operation includes both double- and single-action modes typical of the design. The serial number marking is J148855 on the frame. Overall configuration reflects the standard production layout of early steel-frame .38 Special J-frames. Included are the installed brown wood grips and fixed sight assembly as part of the revolver’s original configuration. No additional accessories, packaging, or external components are specified. The revolver retains its factory steel frame and standard five-shot cylinder, presenting the classic compact form factor associated with the Model 36 series.
