Smith & Wesson Victory Model converted to accept .38 Special. The conversion from .38 S&W to .38 Special was done by Cogswell & Harrison. The frame and cylinder numbers match. This revolver is in very good condition. The right grip has a chip on the bottom. No box. .38 Special
