This Smith & Wesson Model 455 Mark II in .45 Auto Rim is in very good overall condition. Bluing shows some blue loss on edge of muzzle and edges of cylinder. Lockup is tight but cylinder has very slight play. Bore is excellent! Complete with hand tooled leather holster made by Colorado Saddlery out of Denver. Gun has British crossed pennants on left side of frame. The historical and military significance of the Model 455 cannot be denied. Used though WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam they have also gained a strong following with civilian shooters. Very neat old gun! .45 Auto
