Smith & Wesson ~ Pre-Model 32 ~ .38 S&W Ctg

Description:
This 1951 - 1952 Post-WWII double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 32 "Terrier" chambered in .38 S&W Ctg. It has a 1.25" fluted 5-round chamber, a 2" pinned barrel, a round half-moon fixed front sight, a square notch grooved rear sight, a coil mainspring, and a flat latch thumb piece. Serial number (S/N 64763) appears in three places: On the butt of the frame, on the underside flat of the barrel, and on the rear of the cylinder. This firearm appears to have been re-blued at some point, and bluing appears to be in very good condition. The wood grips do not appear to be original, but they also are in very good condition. This is a five-screw variation revolver. This revolver weighs 17 oz. .38 S&W
