Smith & Wesson ~ Victory ~ .38 S&W SPC
Description: The Victory .38 was a wartime version of the original Smith and Wesson Model 10 first introduced in 1899. The gun was variously known as the S&W Military and Police or the S&W Hand Ejector. Total production exceeded six million copies. While civilian variants typically sported a deep blue finish and a variety of barrel lengths, the Victory model was bred purely for combat. The Smith & Wesson "Victory Model" was chambered in .38 Spl. and had a 4" barrel as made under a World War II U.S. Navy contract. The Victory model typically sported a V-prefix in front of the serial number and was produced between 1942 and 1944. Wartime Victory models featured a lanyard ring on the butt and a rugged sandblasted and Parkerized finish. This example is still in good shape and generously greased up. .38 S&W Special Metal Condition: good Wood Condition: good Barrels: 4" pinned barrel Triggers: SA/DA Butt Pad: wood grips Weight: 1 LB 12 OZ Sights: "blade front sight, channel rear sight Item Location: La Vista, NE Price: $699.99 Contact Seller |
