S O L D ..........LAYAWAY? ... STARR CIVIL WAR REVOLVER. Cal. 44. S# 14427. Bbl. 6". Standard configuration. Rnd. bbl. Hinged frame w/ maker & patent marks on either side of frame. Just over 20,000 of these revolvers were purchased by U.S. Army & most saw service. This is a fine survivor, retaining much of its original finish. CONDITION: ...Very Good overall, action functions properly. Grips are well-fit with faint inspector cartouches. Mechanically fine w/ good bore. S/H $25. 2nd firearm ships FREE with this one!
