Purpose-designed for handgun hunting enthusiasts, the Taurus 44H "Raging Hunter" is a double/single-action revolver chambered in .44 Remington Magnum. The revolver holds 6 rounds of .44 Special or Magnum in the matte black cylinder and is built on a solid-machined steel frame. Available in three barrel lengths (5", 6 ¾", and 8 ½"), this piece is the largest of the offerings in .44 Magnum with an 8 ½" ported barrel. The Raging Hunter is equipped with an adjustable rear sight paired with a fixed front blade sight—both with matte black surfaces. The top of the barrel then also features a picatinny rail to attach various optics, ideal for hunting purposes. The revolver features a large spurred hammer for quick and easy manual cocking, a transfer bar safety mechanism, dual cylinder locks, and the grip is wrapped in a rubber grip with finger grooves. This revolver is in overall good condition. The breech face shows some discoloration from firing, but the frame and barrel are clean and have no visible flaws. The barrel's internal surfaces are clean with sharp rifling and no rust or corrosion. Even the ports are quite clean! This revolver does not include a case or box. .44 Magnum
