Available for sale is a Taurus 692 Tracker revolver with two cylinders, making this revolver capable of shooting three different calibers. The .357 Magnum/.38 S&W Special cylinder can fire both the powerful .357 Magnum and the classic .38 Smith & Wesson Special calibers (also +P-rated), while the 9mm cylinder can be swapped in with the press of a button to fire the inexpensive and capable 9mm Luger/Parabellum/NATO/9x19 cartridge. The Taurus 692 Tracker is a unique revolver for its ability to chamber and fire multiple calibers out of one gun, as well as being a long-barreled medium frame revolver with a 1:10 twist 6 ½" ported barrel to help tame the recoil of hotter loads. This revolver is built on a matte stainless steel frame and operates with a double/single-action trigger. The hammer is spurred and oversized similar to a target hammer, and the sights are comprised of an adjustable rear sight with serrated ramp front sight with high-vis orange insert. The barrel has a vented rib on the top. The revolver wears an original rubber grip with finger grooves for a comfortable fit for many hand shapes and sizes. This revolver is in quite good condition. The 9mm cylinder appears to have never been used (apart from test-firing, most likely) and the accompanying four moon clips are still in their sealed packaging. The barrel is clean with minimal buildup at the ports. The frame and cylinder have some minor flash marks which are accentuated against the matte stainless finish.
