Gettysburg 1863 American Remembers revolver

Description:
This is a collector quality cap and ball revolver in a wooden presentation case is almost pristine condition. It is a Gettysburg 1863 by America remembers. It is number 1051 out of 1863 guns made. It is unfired and in excellent condition. Belt buckles and a copy of the Gettysburg Address included. It would be hard to find one better. 

1. We do not ship black powder pistols to the following states and mailing addresses: Mass, CA, NY, DC, HI, AK, NJ, IL, MI any of the US Territories or to a USPS Post Box address. All black powder firearms to NY will require a FFL.

2. Buyer will provide a clear, unaltered copy of their current driver's license it must match the account holder. I will ship only to the address on the license, signature required, or to an FFL dealer, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need it shipped to an FFL, you must contact your dealer and have him provide a license copy. I do not contact your FFL or provide my license information. If the item is returned because the buyer did not sign for it, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees, to and from. There will be a $50 restocking fee if the buyer chooses to not have the item re-shipped. If you fail to provide an ID, I will request one, if I try 3 times and still do not have one, the item will be relisted and payment returned, less a $15 restocking fee.


The buyer and seller agree to the following terms
1. Shipping and private insurance is the amount listed ( $50 ) to 48 states and if you want a hard case for long guns it is $80.  No sales to CA, AK or HI or outside of the USA. I ship FedEx for long guns and USPS for handguns only. We try to ship in 3-5 business days. My accounts are locked; Items cannot be rerouted or altered in any way. A signature will be required. In the event an item is damaged in shipping the buyer will provide pictures of the damaged item and packing materials. The damaged item needs to be returned to Skyline, from the transfer dealer, & must be properly packed and insured. Skyline is not responsible for damage in the return shipping. I will pay the buyer and file a claim. The refund will includeprice and shipping fee, less a 5% restocking fee if paid for with a credit card. Payment is due in 15 days.
2, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS of any kind for any reason. We accept returns only if item is grossly misrepresented. Payment is due in 15 days, no exceptions. No personal checks. 6% tax for PA residents.
3. Store hours. Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No PICS checks will be initiated after 4:00 PM. Closed on holidays. Call only during these hours.
4, Guns will be graded using this grading system. This is my standard for modern used guns. It refers to the condition of the finish of the gun.
MODERN GUN CONDITION STANDARDS:
NEW: Not previously sold at retail, in same condition as current factory production. (99%-100%)
PERFECT: In New condition in every respect. (Sometimes referred to "As New" condition).
EXCELLENT: New condition, used but little, minor marring of wood or metal, bluing almost perfect, (except at muzzle or sharp edges).(97%-99%)
VERY GOOD: No appreciable wear on working surfaces, no corrosion or pitting, only minor surface dents or scratches.(85%-97%)
GOOD, Minor wear on working surfaces, no broken parts, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning.(75%-85%)
FAIR: Well worn, perhaps requiring replacement of minor parts or adjustments, no heavy rust, but may have corrosion pits which do not render article unsafe or inoperable. (50%-75%)
5. Any and all accessories included with the item will be in the photographs, if it is not mentioned in the description, or seen in the pictures, it is not included. Guns may have a bore snake pulled through the barrel and the exterior wiped off. Additional cleaning is available for a fee.
6. I reserve the right to cancel any transaction in which the buyer has indicated that he might be unstable, aggressive or has a bad temper. If the buyer uses foul language, calls on the phone and yells or talks over us or otherwise is rude and disrespectful, the transaction will be cancelled. Payment will be returned less a 5% restocking fee.
7. We do not accept C&R licenses. We do not have time to notify buyers every time we receive a payment or FFL. Please track your payment if you are concerned.
8. Payment will be a money order or cashier’s check, no personal or business checks excepted, no exceptions. Payment is due in 15 days. If you want to pay with a credit car I will need your name, phone #, address and e-mail address, 4% will be added.
