Uberti / Stoeger replica of S&W #3 "Russian" in .45 Colt

Description:
This is a beautiful replica of Smith and Wesson's No.3 "Russian". In 1874, the Czar ordered 200,000 of these specially modified break-top revolvers for his mounted cavalry troops. The spur on the trigger-guard helps to stabilize the shooter's grip on this hefty revolver, improving his aim and reducing the chance of losing the revolver while on horseback. A lanyard-ring was also added to make sure the rider didn't loose the revolver in the heat of battle.
The barrel length is 6-1/2" long and the capacity is 6 rounds of .45 Colt. The revolver breaks-open at the top and automatically ejects the 6 spent casings...making reloading much faster than the Colt single-action Army model. There is also a feature that lets you open the revolver with-out ejecting the casings if you are just checking to see if you have any live rounds left. Workmanship, fit and finish are superior and true to the original design!
This revolver is slightly used ( three (3) boxes fired ), has been thoroughly cleaned, and looks and functions as if new. The Original box and all tags and paperwork are included.
