Cased Tranter Parlor Pistol. Original Oak case , great lining, excellent condition. Rare to find this pistol in it original case. Ser# 52870. Mfg aprox. 1880's Mechanically it in excellent working order, The Bore is a little rough. The lands and gruves are very visible but are pitted here and there. I've shot this pistol and it actually is very accurate.The barrel has a high percentage of original high polish blue finish.The frame has case color and some nice blue and some patina.The wood grip is in great condition and has very nice original finish. There is a small silver plated oiler, wood turn screw, a long cleaning rod, a vintage tin for the ammo. The tin is empty.I used 22 Rim Fire very short case with a round lead ball. It worked well.
