Serial No. 30405, circa 1863, .45 caliber, 5.75"" octagonal barrel. Gorgeous example with British proof marks located on the left side of the barrel. Lower frame is stamped ""ADAMS PATENT No. 30405"" Approximately 75% finish remains with the edges being white. Serial numbers are matching, One Piece checkered grips are in near excellent condition with light wear. Top strap is unmarked by retailer, it is more than likey this Model 1854 made it through the union blockade. Single Action does not functions correctly, Double action indexes correctly with tight lock up. Consignment
