WEBLEY & SCOTT MARK 3 177 CAL. AIR RIFLE

Description:
For your viewing is a minty Webley and Scott Mark 3 series 2 .177 cal. air rifle. Rifle was made in England between 1947 and 1957 Rifle has been in a gun safe for a long time, as it is in outstanding condition. Blueing is flawless, and wood is in excelllent condition. From what i can determin, Webley mark 3 are excellent high quality air rifles. I don't believe this rifle was used very much as it retains 98%+ of it's original condition. I test fired the rifle through a cronograph to see what the velocity would be with this rifle. with beman pellets from a sampler pack, five shots indicated velocity was between 619 and 639 FPS, for five shots fired. this indicated to me it is a very consistant shooter. and isin excellent working order.
