Sharps & Hankins Navy model with leather barrel rap. Receiver marked Sharps & Hankins Philad. On the right and Sharps Patent 1859 on the left side and serial number 11,605 on the tang. Most metal parts have scattered pitting. The butt plate is brass. The wood stock is good. The seldom seen leather rap is mostly there with numerous tears, cracks and a few small pieces missing on the right side, the left side is better. The action functions as it should.
