"Serial No. 472, made in 1865, .50-60-450 Joslyn, 35.5"" round barrel. Barrel is a light grey patina with pin-prick surface oxidation noted. The breech, hammer and lock plate are a darker grey patina with a shiny coat of lacquer applied. Bore is bright with some areas of frosting visible in the grooves. Stock does show expected wear with some dings, nicks and gouges visible, a small crack is noted forward of the breech to the lock plate. Action does function correctly. (DALLAS LOCATION)
