Mle1866 French Chassepote needle gun

Description:
French 11 mm 1866 chassepote bolt action needle gun, paper cartridge as used in the Franco Prussian war. Stock is un sanded and dark with some dings as would be expected and correct cartoches and other military markings. Barrel date 1869 as well as cartouche. Metal parts have turned brown. Bore has good rifeling and some pitting. Bolt number doesn't match the other numbers. Action functions as it should. Feel free to call with any questions 218 839 9272.
