The 11.7X42R mm centerfire caliber Danish Model 1867 rolling block rifles were manufactured in Denmark under license to Remington. The tang is marked KJOBENHAVN (Copenhagen) and the left side of the receiver has a crown over M-1867. TheĀ approx. 35.25"" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The barrel has a smooth brown patina. It has a lug for a sword bayonet on the right. The case hardened receiver and action are a mix of silver and brown stain. The buttstock is good with dssue dents and dings, a matching number to the barrel, and a brass inverntory disc (4B. over 6) on the right butt. The forearm is good with issue dents and dings. The ramrod and rear swivel are present. The action functions correctly.
