Johann Springer Single Shot 40-65

Description:
Late 1880's single shot by Johann Springer en Wien (Vienna, Austria) Due to the features and sights on this rifle, I believe it began life as a rifle but was bored out to a shotgun after WWI as many were. More than likely it remained in that condition until is was brought home by a GI after WWII. Gun has been relined to 40-65 caliber and shoots to the original sights. Jones underlever that locks up tight and a special micro adjustable both windage and elevation front sight. Wonderful gun to shoot and enjoy!
