Description: Here's a Awsome Example of A Sharps Buffalo Rifle! Serial number 96,180. 45 cal. Rare 30" Half Round Half Octagon Heavy Barrel ! Set Trigger and adjustable Windage Rear Tang Sight ! Metal has most of its original finish still remaining thinning to a smooth blue brown patina. Original wood is in very good condition with Initials carved in the stock. Front forearm is missing wood. Bore is a 8 out of ten ! Excellent Bore . Mechanics are in excellent condition! Gun is super tight . Set trigger working properly! Sights are in excellent working condition. I believe the 45-70 cartridge is still holding the furthest bullseye World Record. A true Buffalo Gun that was there ! Came out of a Denver , Co. Collection!
