Winchester 1885 30-40 U.S. - 30-40 Krag
Manufactured 1898
30 inch #3 contour barrel. Bore and rifling is bright, clean and sharp, no corrosion or dark areas. I personally rate the bore condition as mint. Barrel has a vintage Beech front sight. Original blue finish is in very good condition throughout.
Original stocks, may have been sanded and varnished in the past, however, wood around lower and upper tangs and action is still proud of metal.

Shipping cost will be assessed at time of sale. Shipping insurance is at buyers request and cost. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL unless they are considered an antique firearm, seller will determine what is and isn’t an antique firearm and what states allow antique firearms to be shipped direct. Will not sell a firearm to anyone who asks me to bypass shipment to an FFL. Buyers FFL must accept from a private individual, seller is a private individual selling personal property. Will ship to communist states provided receiving FFL in the communist state contacts seller stating purchased firearm will be legally accepted by FFL. In some circumstances seller can transfer firearm to an FFL for shipment at a cost of $50 plus FFL’s fees and FFL’s shipping cost. Buyer is responsible to know their local laws of the firearm they are purchasing. Buyers who cannot pass a background check and take possession of the firearm they purchased is not the sellers problem. Request additional pictures and ask questions. Buyers remorse is buyer’s problem. Seller accepts personal checks, bank checks and postal money orders.
