This one is no exception. All brass fittings are elaborately engraved. The patch box is scalloped and floral engraved. The stock has fancy figured wood. The lock and trigger guard and floral engraved. The stock checkering is excellent. Gun has set triggers, but only the hunting trigger (forward trigger) is present. The set trigger is missing, but can be replaced by a competent gunsmith. Barrel finish is a light brown patina with some original brown finish. Gun weighs 14½" lbs. Very impressive big bore rifle!
