"American Stocked Fowler W/ Brown Bess Furniture (AL5822)

Description:
"Made circa 1780. 65 caliber smooth bore with a 38 c. This is an interesting gun that seems to be made from a British brown Bess or brown Bess style musket that has been restocked in a Kentucky style American stock. There is a split going from the butt plate to the lower tang. Action works well. This gun has been converted to percussion. Lock is marked Ketland.
