LATE ENGLISH MADE NORTHWEST INDIAN TRADE MUSKET
Description:
Typical brass serpentine on the left side of the receiver. Wood shows a fair amount of use with some restoration to the lock area. Well done. Good markings on the side plate "Barnett London 1884". Mechanical condition is good. 36 inch part octagon barrel. It has the large trigger guard. It has a brass buttplate with 4 screws. This is the last variation of those Northwest trade muskets. This one is in probably better condition than most of them.
