Description: Original Antique eary to mid 1800's British percussion smooth bore trade gun marked Alley. A nice Fowler which may have originally been flintlock, and later converted to percussion cap lock Kentucky style approximately 69 caliber smooth bore Fowler in good condition. The 33" barrel has what appears to be 3 Birmingham proof marks. The Alley marked action appears to function fine. Most metal parts have a pleasing dark blue brown patina to the original finish. The stock is very nice showing normal wear and a minor crack in the left forearm. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Shipping will be actual cost by usps insured mail with tracking.
