Weapons such as this were often used by the plains Indian’s and could be found on both sides of the reservation boundaries in the late 19th century. This was a .58 cal. rifled-musket, sawed off to a 21 inch barrel. It has an overall length of 33 inches. The ramrod is 21 3/4 inches long. The wood has no breaks or cracks and no nicks and dings otherwise. The lock is marked with the US Eagle. It has a a mottled grey/brown patina, which is smooth and uncleaned. The lock, hammer, trigger guard, butt, tang, are all in perfect condition and ready for daily use. It is a good sound horseback or canoe gun. It sure is interesting. Other items are not included.
This is a percussion rifled musket and can be shipped directly to you. (adult signature required) this is a good sound shooter. We will ship outside the U.S.A.
