Rare Bullard Single Shot Schuetzen TakeDown 32/40

Rare Bullard Single Shot Schuetzen Mdl. 32/40 CF Serial #3788. This Schuetzen Mdl was mfg. about 1888/89. Mdl is also refered to as the Detachable-Interchangeable Model as it is capable of accepting other barrels of different caliber easily with the removal of one retaining screw. Barrel is 24" long Octagon to Round with an adjustavle Beech front sight, Buckhorn mid sight and a mid range Vernier rear sight. Casehard receiver, trigger, block, hammer, and lever, all have remains of color from caseharding. Has exellent bore, bluing and wood are in very good to excellent condition, with no cracks in wood. Overall condition of this 136 years old rifle is very good to excellent. Here is the opportunity to own a rare and hard to find in this condition Bullard Rifle.
