4 Barrel Flintlock Long Gun

Description:
Rare 4 barrel flintlock gun.  I have been collecting flintlock weapons for 30 years and have never seen or read about another weapon like this.  Overall 27" in length with four14" steel barrels transitioning from octagonal at the breech to cylindrical.  Heavy rounded walnut butt stock with no butt plate has floral carving behind the breech.  Rounded steel locks with two hammers.  Rear section has thin brass plate adjacent to the rotating section.  Rotating section has four unsupported flash pans and four separate frizzens.    The four barrels are encased by a single walnut fore-end, secured by two steel pins per barrel.    A steel trigger mounted on front of the trigger guard releases the wender device to rotate the barrels. Brass tipped ramrod is secured by two pipes.  Original condition - as I found it.  Trigger guard appears to have been repaired and one cock awas likely replaced at some point.  This unique and attractive weapon is likely late 17th or early 18th Century from Northern Europe.  I will listen to reasonable offers...
