This is a new in the Box 5.56 Minuteman by patriot ordinance factory I purchased it and never shot it once. 
The gun will ship to a FFL of you're choosing make sure that the State you live in that this gun is acceptable

the optic does not come with the gun / if you want the optic it would be another 350$

I also replaced the recoil spring with a JP Enterprise captured recoil spring which was another $150 it will come with the gun
