Another way to look at this unit. MG34...spoke to TNW...in 6 months they have plans to sell the full kit to take a deactivated MG34...and..re-activate to fire semi auto fire. as a TNW Unit.
Their kits include

.....TNN Reciver
.....kit to modify trigger assy and existing breecblock

But as a base to start a TNW project..you require a base...MG34 Deactivated.
