Serial Numbers match in receiver and barrel. Left side of receiver is marked ""BROWN MFG Co. NEWBURRYPORT. MASS/BALLARD'S PATENT/NOV 5,1861. Stock is in very good plus condition with minor nicks, dings and scratches visible,a small crack is noted right side on the forearm. Bore is bright with some oxidation visible at the breech. Cartridge slide ejector functions correctly.
