(61800) Blaser R8 German straight-pull bolt-action rifle featuring Blaser's modular switch-barrel system and patented radial collet locking action. The straight-pull design provides exceptionally fast cycling while locking directly into the barrel extension, resulting in strength, consistent headspace, and excellent repeatable accuracy. The manually operated cocking slide allows the rifle to remain uncocked until ready to fire, enhancing safety in the field.
This complete package includes two factory barrels chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum and .458 Lott. The 25-inch .300 Winchester Magnum barrel is well suited for long-range big game hunting, while the 22-inch .458 Lott barrel is configured for dangerous game applications. Included are the appropriate magazines for each caliber, a complete bolt assembly, spare bolt components, and the factory tools required for caliber conversions.
The rifle is fitted with a Blaser Professional synthetic stock in the dark brown and black finish with a 14½-inch length of pull. Also included are two sets of factory 30mm Blaser Saddle Mounts, allowing optics to be mounted on each barrel while maintaining return-to-zero capability after barrel removal and installation. Completing the package are the factory carry sling, owner's manual, factory accessories, and a Pelican hard transport case for secure storage and travel.
