Very few Medallian BBR's were crafted. This one features highest quality fiddle-back walnut stock with low comb Monte Carlo stock. It has fine-line checkering outlined in deeply carved Acanthus scrollwork. Receiver engraved with acanthus borders enhancing the game scenes. These include a moose on the left side of the forward tower, and an elk on the right (signed by "BAERTEN"), a bear on the floorplate (signed by "GRIECO") and a puma on the trigger guard (signed by "AM"). There is no evidence of salt-wood corrosion.
