Description:
Browning Belgian Hi Power Rifle, Olympian Grade made in 1969. This came from a Browning collector and appears to never have been fired as the rifle still has cosmoline on it as you can see from the pictures. There is NO RUST on this rifle, the reddish/brown color you see is residue from the cosmoline and the metal is immaculate.
Near new original blue and French grey finish. The stock is a beautifully figured piece of walnut in excellent shape with a couple of storage dings, but very light overall handling marks and crisp checkering as I have tried to show in the pictures. Mechanically excellent.
Engraving on the magazine floor plate done by L.A Campo and the trigger guard & receiver by L. Severin.
I would prefer to sell locally in the Southern California area, but will ship fully insured in the hard case shown the photos at no extra cost.
