I am offering this Browning model 53 deluxe rifle which is a commemorative of the Winchester model 53 rifle. This is as new rifle with the original box that is came in. It is a limited addition of 5,000 rifles.  Caliber 32-20 Winchester, Serial # 0166 NM3F7, made in 1990, limited addition only 5,000 made, barrel 22 inches, deluxe checkered stock, made in Japan. This very high-quality rifle that is new and never fired is a typical high quality that we expect from Browning. The beautiful high grade walnut stock, the metal butt plate on the shotgun style butt. The quality barrel sights. Browning did not take any short cuts on this rifle. With the limited addition of 5,000, plus the quality of the rifle I think will only increase in price as time goes by. Plus having the original box helps increase the value.

Return Policy:  All firearms come with a 3 day non firing, no tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping, firing, cleaning or altering in any way)
The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period. 
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item.  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period.  Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
