The Rifle is in excellent-condition .
Its Belgium made was assembled in Portagul .
It's all original Browning* - made from 1981 .
* It does have sling-mounts but never had a strap attached .
I dont have or are associated with anyone with a FFL but I'm near Brownsville and Harlingen TX.
