Grade I Browning Semi Auto 22RF, Ist Year Production in Excellent pverall condition
Description:
Scarce Minty 1st Year Production Grade I Browning in 22LR Caliber. Serial # 87xx (1956 Vintage). All Original with Wheel Sight and 19&1/4" Barrel. Metal retains 99% Original Blue with no wear. The only metal wear or discoloration on the entire gun is the bottom of the bolt which could be dirt but I am not going to attempt to shine it up. The wood retains 97+% Original Varnish with good sharp checking. No cracks, splits or digs, some fingernail type marks on buttstock, nothing major. Bore is Mint and the gun is as tight as when it was built. According to the Original Owner, the gun has had less than 2 boxes of ammo shot through it. The most wear of any is from showing it and minor handling. Wish we had a box because this gun would qualify for one. Nicest 1st year we have ever had. Sorry for the quality of the photos but have not solved my overhead florescent light glare yet. FFL or C&R required. Thanks for Looking.
