"Browning BAR High-Power .30-06 (R39044)

"

SN: 5731 M7. Early Belgian-made BAR High-Power in .30-06. Made in 1967, it was one of the first four-thousand off the line. The wood is in good condition with a few handling dings. The metal has scattered rust which has been cleaned, and retains nearly all of the original blue. The receiver has been tapped and fitted with a ""Kuharsky Bros."" scope mount with built-in elevation and windage adjustments. The mount holds a Bausch & Lomb BalVar A8 2.5-8x49mm scope, which has had some moisture infiltration but is still completely usable. A quality semi-auto .30-06 kit to a shooter, and a great find for a Browning collector!
