The BAR has a long history with American sportsmen. This one was manufactured in 1983, and features plain but very nice wood, clean metal, and a bright bore. The design of the gas operation is such that it tames the recoil of high-powered magnum rifles, allowing faster recovery for follow-up shots. 7mm Remington Magnum
