SALES PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS. Here is an excellent condition (about 95%) classic Browning BLR 81, chambered in the devastating .358 Winchester. The last digits of the SN are PV227 so I think it is a 1985 production gun, short action. It sports a steel receiver, 20" barrel with a mirror bore, precise iron sights, weaver bases, checkered wood, detachable box magazine, and sling swivel studs. The newer lightweight alloy receiver rifles were not introduced until 1995. I much prefer the all-steel receiver myself. This BLR is used in very nice condition, showing only minor signs of standard use with some marks on the wood that may have occurred in a gun safe. It does not appear to hve been shot much at all. There is no box or paperwork with it. Includes two piece weaver base installed. This classic lever action rifle combined with the .358 Winchester cartridge is extremely well suited for big game hunting especially in the deep woods such as we have in NH.. Please see pictures as they best indicate the features and condition. I will need a USPS Money order or cashier's check and a copy of the receiving shop's FFL and the item will ship by UPS ground with tracking information sent to you as soon as it goes out the door. No returns because it is a consignment.
