The rifle remains in excellent condition and is highlighted by its coin-finished receiver, which is beautifully engraved with a setter and pheasants on the left side, a matching game scene on the right side, and a Labrador retriever with a duck on the top, all surrounded by finely cut acanthus leaf scroll engraving. The engraving is signed on both the left and right sides by master engraver Raymond Risack, adding significant artistic and collector appeal.
