Description:
The Browning® X-Bolt® Western Hunter Bolt-Action Rifle with A-TACS® AU Camo™ features a highly effective pattern that uses organically-shaped pixels with no horizontal or vertical orientation to effectively break the human outline at great distances. The overall base color of the camo is neutral tan, optimized for use in open, rocky, or arid environments. The textured, composite stock features a Dura-Touch™ Armor Coating, which improves grip in extreme weather conditions; and an Inflex Technology™ recoil pad keeps the buttstock firmly in place, working in unison with the threaded, muzzle brake to reduce recoil for greater control on follow-up shots. The matte-finished barrel is free-floated, with a target crown. The adjustable Feather Trigger™ enhances potential accuracy by providing a clean, crisp pull with no take-up and minimum overtravel. The X-Bolt also features a glass-bedded steel receiver that's drilled and tapped with the X-Lock™ scope mounting system, featuring 4 screws per base. 3 locking lugs provide exceptional strength and a short 60° bolt lift. A detachable, rotary magazine feeds cartridges directly in-line with the bolt; and the top-tang safety has a bolt unlock button that allows you to open the bolt for loading or inspection with the safety in the safe position.
